Educational Visit
Adhiyaman Public School organized an enriching educational visit to the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras for 85 students of Class 9, accompanied by 10 teachers. The visit aimed to expose students to world-class laboratories, innovation hubs, and cutting-edge research, inspiring them to dream big and explore careers in science and technology.
Students explored advanced facilities such as the Krishna Chivukula Block, Sudha and Shankar Innovation Hub, Central Skill Training & Fabrication Facility, Aerospace Department, and Robotics Lab. They gained valuable insights into metallurgy, polymer engineering, 3D printing, biomedical applications, aerospace technology, autonomous vehicles, solar cars, electric race cars, and futuristic projects like Hyperloop.
The learning journey continued with an exciting visit to the Birla Planetarium, where students explored the science museum, space exhibits, mirror room, and live specimens, making science both fun and memorable.
The visit was highly inspiring and educational, igniting curiosity, innovation, and a strong interest in STEM fields. It truly reinforced the importance of experiential learning and exposure beyond textbooks.
